Quality management
Every PEKI piece is checked for dimensional accuracy and finish consistency. Below are the checkpoints we apply, described plainly so you can judge fit before you request a sample.
Inspection checkpoints
Clasp tension is tested so closures hold under normal wear. Prong tightness is checked around each stone setting. Electroplating is reviewed for uniform coverage, and finished surfaces are screened for scratches before packing.
Where a specification is not yet confirmed for a given design, we leave it open in the product record rather than estimate it.
Process standards
The steps below describe our standard handling procedures.
Metal components are sorted and logged by batch before casting and finishing, so each lot can be traced through the process.
Hand polishing and electroplating are carried out in defined stages, with coating uniformity reviewed on finished pieces.
Finished jewelry is individually protected and packed to limit contact damage during transit. Packaging details can be confirmed for your order.
